Clean Break
I'm on vacation. When you accept a driver position at Brown, you're paid out for your remaining weeks and don't get another vacation for a year. Last Wednesday was my anniversary so I took the first available week possible. It seems like an eternity since I had any time off. My last vacation was over thirteen months ago and, even then, I had to work my other job. Not this time. I have absolutely nothing to do for the next nine days, and it feels fucking great.

This break came just in time. I've been having a lot of trouble with my hips, lower back and right arm. The pain has been nagging me quite a bit. I've also been feeling cloudy and stressed out to a rather high degree. I need some time to get myself back together.

Broken, bruised, forgotten, sore
Too fucked up to care anymore
Poisoned to my rotten core

Ummm, I know Tues and Thurs night are out... Well, so is Friday, to be honest, 'cuz there's a wedding that Nin and I are takin' pictures for the happy couple.

We'd be cool with coming down there, or hosting here. If going out, we've got a kick ass asian place up here (it's in an old gas station, it's gotta be cool).

[info]hypoxia will be working Wednesday and we don't have Raven, so you're stuck with just me. I don't have much money for "going out," but if you just want to hang out, we could cook some stuff up, chat/catch up, do whatever. I have no problem driving up there. I just got a stero adapter for my ipod so driving has suddenly become a little more fun.
